Four or five virtual interviews, one after the other. These mostly involved coding in their tool, with the interviewer providing feedback along the way. Some system design and fit questions were also included.

Several rounds of f2f interview. Lot of programming questions - database, logical Qs, USB related etc. The candidate has to write the solutions on whiteboards. It's good to talk to folks who challenge you on your programming skills.

The hiring process started in September and ended in December, with unbelievably long periods of silence and no updates in between. The Hiring Manager joined the interview process as the last person, which was unexpected as they were expected to be
