Used to be stable; not anymore. There is a lot of chance to learn new things and go out of your comfort zone.

Cons

Both salary and talent are inconsistent. You may come across really talented juniors, as well as seniors with limited experience. Level does not equate to capacity. This is frequent in many aspects of the organization, including promotion, making it unpredictable and, at best, mediocre.

Advice to Management

Invest in fostering and retaining people through merit-based recruitment and opportunities.
