People walk on the heads of others. No friendly relationship is possible due to the 'fire guns' always on their backs. What does 'fire guns' mean? Always try to avoid being the one who leaves due to a manager's wrong appreciations, colleagues' shots, bad reviews, or the hypocrisy of the entire system inside Ms.
