Great company to work for. Microsoft offered competitive salaries as well as very interesting and challenging work.
Lots of continuous management restructuring. Sometimes it is hard to keep a boss long enough to even build a proper report.
Microsoft needs to embrace new technologies and stop being tied so tightly to its own stack. Microsoft is trying very hard to gain relevance in many areas, but at some point, it becomes restricting to be pushed into using only Microsoft products during development.
