Surprisingly, I had reasonable work/life balance.

Every team is trying to do the right thing for the company, but would step on every other team to advance their goals.
Redmond. It's an awful commute from Seattle proper.
Incentivize teams to play nice together, as opposed to focusing on who has the most powerful VP win.
