Work-life balance is absent.
Long hours and code bureaucracy (ownership) are present.
Based on Satya Nadella's new focus on cloud computing, the embedded software focus has diminished.
Great with clear focus. I respect the clear communications on the company's visions. Unfortunately, former and current CEOs did not agree on the company's direction, sacrificing lots of employees. It would be great to introduce a human factor at that level.
