Great benefits compared to other companies, even though they slashed a lot of them recently. There's a new office with modern equipment, drinks, and some breakfast. Hours are flexible and the culture is great. A lot of teams and opportunities to find your ideal role, even though at the moment there are not many job listings, but will most probably continue to grow.
They slashed a lot of benefits, parties, team events, and business travel. They do not compensate for the salary decrease after the recent fiscal changes.
