Relaxed atmosphere: You get to choose from a staggering number of fields to work on. People are very courteous and ready to help. Lower on the salary side (compared to, say, Netflix or Google), but the work environment is so good that people don't feel like leaving for higher pay at a more hectic schedule.
Food options were not good, especially in India, compared to Google.
