Internal politics by managers. If you get stuck with internal dirty politics, then IJPs, work culture, and stress will make your life hell. The only way to come out of it is to look outside Microsoft. Because if a manager is playing politics on you by targeting you, then he/she will make sure you won't get good work, you can't switch IJP, and he will make your life hell by giving you extreme stress so that you start looking outside.
Cons are of big concern here in Microsoft. I hope upper management (above level 65) see this and take action on people at levels 64 and 65.
