I had several rounds of interviews with different people at Microsoft. These interviews varied in length, with some being long and others short. The elapsed time between interviews also varied, with some intervals being longer and others shorter.

The overall interview process is fair. The recruiter is nice and responsive. The team looks nice, and the interview questions were not too bad. I really enjoyed the whole process. Nice job!
