Had 4 technical interviews in total. Overall, the process was very organized, but it took a while to hear back. The interview loop was kind of fun, yet also very nerve-wracking. I suspect they over-interviewed.

It was through the Microsoft Engage program. Our resumes were shortlisted, and then we were assigned a group project along with mentors. We then had to build the project, and if they liked it, an interview was scheduled.
