Microsoft

When it comes to employee care, not many companies come close to Microsoft. Besides a good employee package, it has a great work environment and ethics. It also has a plethora of technical fields that one can choose to work in. I have 11+ years of work experience, and Microsoft is my fourth employer. And this is the best of all!

Some senior leaders don't like to change their way of thinking, style of work, etc., and this hurts. Especially in today's agile and ever-changing environment, you cease to learn new if you are unwilling to change the way you think and work.
