Can be great. Lots of different kinds of work. Eventually, have to play political games
Lots of different jobs. Great benefits. Opportunities to impact many users. Many resources for growth. Don't have to fear the company is going to shut down in a few months.
Lots of politics that you have to engage in to really get ahead. The review system can be demoralizing, due to politics. No matter how great the product, it's cool to bash Microsoft. Don't expect the internet world to drool over your work, even if it's great.
The review system is a pain. Often, a politically savvy manager can make a big difference.
