Work-life balance. Good compensation. Management is good. Interaction between the team is very good. Regular team meetings and outings. Seniors are supportive.
I don't find any major cons as such, but I think there is less communication and fewer meetings with other teams, like the office team and Windows team, etc.
Just increase communication between the different teams where they can discuss others' products and tell about their own products.
