Pressure and stress to complete work tasks within schedule is unreasonable. The corporate philosophy is to burn and churn employees until they are no longer able to deliver at the next level. Nothing 'new' has been created in years; existing ideas are simply taken and re-packaged to make a better mousetrap.
Stop looking exclusively at the bottom line and go back to being innovative. Treat employees with a modicum of loyalty and respect.
