Microsoft

This process consists of 4 to 5 continuous interviews, held on the same day. The interviews are facilitated by two interviewers each. These interviewers are usually senior managers and developers.

That was on campus. It took one and a half hours and two rounds of interviews. The OA was somewhat average to difficult, but the interview was not quite that difficult. The second round was a resume round.

I did my summer internship at Microsoft India. The interviews were part of converting the internship to full-time employment. I had three interviews on different days. My performance in the interviews was not great, but I was given the offer because
