Pros

Big scale, in Norway, the FAST team owns some pretty unique services that are very important for the AI bet of M365.

In Norway, we have 6 weeks of holiday.

Cons

No merit increase in 2023. No travel budget for people working 100% remote. No support for co-working arrangements.

Advice to Management

Go full on supporting remote employees or not. Being open for employees wanting to work remote, and being hybrid, everything is great. But it's not great if there is no support or flexibility for co-working opportunities or other kinds of compensation to support and fund employees' well-being in a better way.

I feel like, yes, there is support for people wanting to work where it makes the most sense for them, but not providing any financial support or package for remotes wanting to work together in co-working places makes Microsoft
