There is no work-life balance in the company. They ask to work on Saturdays and Sundays to complete the work. They also ask every day to resign if you will not spend 15 hours per day and if you will not work on Saturdays and Sundays. This is the worst company ever, in my opinion. Remove the managers who have more than 15 years of experience and hire fresh minds because they have started favoritism and politics nowadays.
