Good culture, smart peers. The best thing about working with MNCs like Microsoft or Amazon (among others) is that if you want to work on something totally different or if you're not comfortable in your team, you have a variety of options to explore within the company.

You will have a feeling of missing out on cash seeing the salaries of other startups at similar and lower levels, but eventually the stock components of stable companies catch up. Basically, you have to pay a price for the stability and balance you want. If cash is your priority, maybe this is not the best place to be in.

Evolution is a necessity and not an option. Be more open to try and experiment with new ideas, even if those fail.
