Microsoft

1. Pay and perks are good, but not as good as FAANG and high-paying startups.

1. You will mostly work in internal tools which most of the times are buggy, have no value outside, and build time will take 8 hours for a small change.

2. There is no job security. Many people were given low ratings and were forced to resign by toxic managers.

On the whole, it's better to go to FAANG or some high-paying startups than joining Microsoft if you want high pay with a risk, as Microsoft pays average and the risk is also high. Don't join Microsoft if you are planning for the long term.

Please give respect to employees, or else openly say this is a customer-centric company and we don't care for employees.
