Good culture. Good perks. Best office and facilities inside the office. Salary increment is good, but depends on the team.
Work is not challenging.
Too many new hires in the team; very few folks to learn from.
Overloaded with work.
Manager doesn't respect the culture that Microsoft promotes (specific to me).
