Good opportunities, smart people, great work-life balance
I was in the Bing relevance team. The people I worked with were smart and motivated. We had good work opportunities and were pushed by the leadership to pick new and challenging projects.
Microsoft is the ideal big company for having a good work-life balance.
Sometimes you work on the same thing for long periods, and it becomes less challenging with time.
I witnessed some office politics, but don't think that's prevalent across the office.
More work could be done to have better management.
