Microsoft has been a great company for me to start my career. Opportunities for my growth have been endless, and I like how I get to work on what I can, regardless of my level in the company. I believe Microsoft has not just made me a better coder or a techie, but also molded me into a better human.
The focus on Inclusion and Growth Mindset has made me more empathetic and aware of important values I need to inculcate in order to truly understand the problem we're trying to solve.
I work on the Hyderabad (India) campus. The office infrastructure, perks, food, and facilities are amazing.
