Entered Microsoft 6 months ago as a fresh graduate. The onboarding experience was very good and smooth. People are really cooperative and always ready to help you out even with trivial doubts without hesitation. Lots of perks are being given alongside the monthly pay. Work-life balance is the maximum you could ask for.
Nothing to mention here as a fresher.
