The Microsoft interview process involved 30 phone calls with HR and 3 technical interviews (coding + OOP). Everyone I interacted with was very kind, professional, and supportive throughout the process.

The overall interview process was quite relaxed. The interviewers were interested in my management experience. The coding or architectural questions were either simple, or the interviewers didn't dig too deep. The final offer was SDE II (62), while
