Thirty minute interview that included: behavioral questions, resume walkthrough, a technical question. Overall, the interview was quick. The technical question was intense, and I had to give a rundown of Java concepts.

It was very difficult, but nice people. Be prepared to get a lot of technical questions if you are applying for a software-related job. It's important that you know a lot of the Microsoft ecosystem.
