Software Engineer
Four rounds of interviews, each 45 minutes long. I was asked coding questions based on data structures and concurrency. The questions were LeetCode medium level. Three rounds went well, and one did not go well. The recruiter informed me of this.

Interviewers were very cordial. The overall process was handled very professionally. I had a loop with 4 engineers and a hiring manager. The lunch interview was relaxing and I was encouraged to ask questions about MS.
