The interview process began with a remote phone round. This round featured odd questions, including brain teasers and inquiries about favorite Microsoft products. The interviewer did not seem technical and appeared to be transcribing my responses for

A face-to-face interview was the first one. The second one was a coding question in their offices where you were asked to implement a logger with variant options (supposed to be only for seniors, but I interviewed for a junior position).

First, an online amplitude test was conducted. Two weeks later, they contacted me for a follow-up test. The follow-up was with an interviewer who started by asking personal questions, then administered a series of logic tests.
