There were a lot of tough questions, but they were nice to me. They offered coffee and pastries. The project manager was a little intimidating. I was also interviewing with Apple, and they did much better.

Microsoft visited our campus for on-campus interviews, based on resume shortlisting. During the resume exchange event, the interviewer asked about my resume and a challenging project I had worked on.

Take-home test, test #2, system design, HR test. I found the process to be quite straightforward and welcoming for the diverse software engineers. The test consisted of classical data structures and algorithms questions (LeetCode), done in Python.
