Microsoft came to our campus for it. They had an initial online technical test. The test had three questions: one on trees, one on linked lists, and one on an array. There were different sets of tests.

In every interview, we are given a task. It consists of three 45-minute interviews, with a 15-minute pause between each. We need to explain our solutions in English and write them in one of the popular programming languages.

This begins with a phone screening where they inquire more about your resume and work experience. Then, you may receive a take-home assessment. After completing the assessment, you'll be invited to a multi-round panel interview with various leads.
