Applied online. Reached out via email by an engineer to set up a tech screen. I recall a HackerRank/CodePair assessment. This involved a simple LeetCode question on numbers (I messed up on the logic here). Received no result 3-4 weeks later.

There will be a basic introduction, followed by a single Data Structures and Algorithms round. During this round, the engineer is expected to code on Codility and share their screen with the interviewer while solving a question from scratch.

The whole process felt rushed and mismanaged. After passing the online assignment, I was offered an onsite interview in Redmond 10 days later. I was not offered the option to reschedule, as the recruiter claimed it was the only hiring event for that
