The foundational notions of customer obsession, growth mindset, and One Microsoft are pushing the company in a healthy, productive direction.
Meticulous process sometimes hindered innovation and the rate of execution. Meeting bloat also negatively impacted performance, but this is a surfaced problem that was and is being solved.

Software Engineer
The interview process was fairly straightforward, with one phone screen interview. After clearing it, I had a day-long onsite interview. The phone screen lasted for about an hour.
