The process began with a phone interview. After a week or two, I proceeded to the onsite interview. During the onsite, I was asked both behavioral and technical questions. Ultimately, I did not advance further in the process.

The interview process consisted of three phases: an interview with an outsourced recruiter, followed by two technical calls. The entire process was conducted in English. During the meetings, screen sharing was used to resolve assigned logical tasks.

The Microsoft interview process involved 30 phone calls with HR and 3 technical interviews (coding + OOP). Everyone I interacted with was very kind, professional, and supportive throughout the process.
