This, according to me, was the best interview I'd ever given, yet the outcome was not what I was expecting. Applied via their website. Heard back from the Hiring Manager within two weeks. They set up an initial phone screen with another Engineer.

Great experience. The questions were tough, but they have their standards to meet. Applied through an employee referral, cleared the phone screen, then drove to Redmond for the full onsite. Had three interviews there the same day.

It was a phone interview. They just asked a number of general tech questions you can find online easily. There were a few behaviour questions and a few about projects and teammates. Some of them had a few follow-up questions.
