Solutions Architect
The process was okay so far. I had to go through four interviews to be able to pass the cycle. It was a fair one, as it explained different architectures and what I've worked on in the past. The interviews were pretty efficient.
Solutions Architect
There were five rounds: 2 technical, 2 management, and 1 HR behavioral. It took three months to get the offer letter. The HR team generally doesn't do much negotiation.
