A recruiter contacts you and makes an initial approach to very quickly assess your level of knowledge and proficiency in English. Afterwards, they organize a series of technical interviews.

Hard, not too easy. They gave plenty of time to solve the code, but I just wasn't too confident. In hindsight, I should have been better prepared. But I still would've screwed it up.
