The interview was interesting. I had gone through the first and second rounds and was flown to Seattle for a final round. The round had four different sections, each 45 minutes long.
I had a coding screen from Codility, a resume/HR round, and three interviews onsite. It was not awful, but the bar has definitely been raised. I think Microsoft is not paying enough for this bar.
