The job is well paid. Salaries are above the market.
Business leaders seem lost on what should be built next. Priorities change, and communication is poor.
Deadlines change constantly, and very often, things have to be done yesterday. Due to this constant change, communication and a lack of transparency have always been a problem.
Additionally, management sells the company internally as if there is no better place in the world to be, and as if there aren't problems. The words "awesome" and "incredible," continuously used to describe the company, are so overused by them that I don't know anymore what is really awesome. What is worse, this behavior really underestimates the problems at hand.
It is okay to try and sell a positive image, and that is encouraged. It is not okay to oversell it. Too much of it creates fatigue and stress, and gives the wrong impression that one should always be thankful to be part of it.
A company also has ups and downs. Only by acknowledging the problems will people feel encouraged to share their worries.
The company really needs to stand by its transparency and empathy values. Right now, those seem to be missing the most.
Pretty standard and smooth process. I always felt like I knew what was expected of me. Great communication with the recruiter. There were 3 rounds of interviews: * HR call * Hiring manager call * Technical assignment test and interview.
The job application was straightforward. I applied on the portal, and the recruiter reached out for an initial call. I spoke with the lead for my first interview, and things went well. I submitted the take-home test and sent it for review. As a resu
The interview process at Miro typically follows a structured, multi-step approach. It begins with an HR interview to assess background and motivation, followed by a live coding session to evaluate technical skills and problem-solving ability. Next
