MongoDB Work Experiences
- 5.0Great Work-Life Balance & Good PaySenior Software Engineer • Current EmployeeNew York, New York, United StatesMarch 15, 2023Pros: Pay is on par with industry, not nearly as high as the FAANG companies but I'd say probably one step down. Coworkers are intelligent but also very friendly and personable. It's not a bunch of genius/jerks. They seem to be fairly resilient to the current economic downturn; I have yet to hear of any layoffs.Cons: No 401k matching or bonus. Career growth options are not nearly what they'd be at a larger company; however, I've seen this improve during my time at the company.
