Process
During interviews conducted in my preferred programming language, I encountered interviewers displaying bias.
Despite correctly solving questions using optimized approaches well ahead of schedule, they seemed reluctant to ask further questions or explore my skills thoroughly, even though I was a great match to what they were expecting.

Pros: Remote and Hybrid Flexibility: I lived a bit far from the office. MongoDB accommodated my needs, and I was coming twice a week.
Career Advancement: MongoDB is a fast-growing company and emphasizes career growth for its employees.
Cons: Potential for Burnout: It might be hard sometimes to manage work-life balance due to the rapid pace and tight deadlines, especially for projects scheduled for MongoDB.local events.

Pros: - Good compensation.
- Great work-life balance.
