This occurred after an email from the recruiter. The recruiter, I believe, was hiring for multiple companies, not just this one.
After the interview, she decided not to continue with the process, even though my interview was perfect. It was not technical; it focused on behavioral questions about my projects, etc.

Pros: 10gen is not too big. As an intern, we had lunch and question sessions with the founders and CEO. They gave us choices for our project and hooked us up with mentors. All of the projects were real work that is important to the company. Everyone is friendly; you can just go up and talk to them. They had intern events like movies, laser tagging, etc., every week.
Cons: Doesn't have the crazy perks like a free cafeteria, haircuts, or buses, etc., that you get at big companies like Facebook or Google.

Pros: Interesting technical product, opportunities to grow. Affinity groups are active, which is nice. My personal team and manager are great, but I have problems with the company as a whole.
Cons: Tone-deaf higher management, who are more talk than walk, generally resistant to change.
