The experience was very unprofessional.
The interviewee canceled the interview at the last minute, rescheduling it for a week later.
However, during the second attempt, the manager was again unprofessional, arriving late and appearing to be in a hurry.
The interview lasted barely 10 minutes, with no substantial questions asked, which made me feel quite uncomfortable.
It seemed as though the manager was forced into conducting the interview.

Pros: The CEO has a vision and is trying to lead the company towards success.
There is a lot of exciting innovation on the product front.
Cons: The SA leadership is supremely toxic and lacks skills as people managers.
There is an extreme amount of politics leading to friction between teams.
The SA leadership cannot instill a culture, resulting in attrition and a lack of confidence in new hires.

Pros: Well-run company that stays to its core values and shares feedback, and things just make sense.
Growing fast, so lots of career growth opportunities.
High wealth potential with enormous market and fast growth.
Best of breed technology, both for DBs and also app dev services.
Cons: It can be hard to get started in a sales role (like most everywhere), but there is huge potential.
The company is always learning how to ensure the right fit, but can get it wrong (again, like everywhere).

Pros: Excellent atmosphere that promotes success and drives you to be better each and every day.
There is no slacking. No semi-retired, jaded coworkers. If you cannot perform, you will be let go; you are working with the industry's best.
Cons: We ran into a lot of "firsts" for the company. Some of the HR stuff can take a bit of time.
