Individuals, and some small teams, in the company are brilliant and can get amazing things done. In general, employees are high quality and have a huge amount of potential.
Departments and teams have little interaction or cohesion. A lack of vision leads to challenges executing and focusing on short-term goals, and the inability to plan for longer-term ones.
There is no real company culture or ownership, which makes it hard to be personally invested or put in the extra time or energy to make something great.
Get it together and lead. Present and execute on a vision which empowers everyone.
Slow moving, didn't seem to have regard for my time (showed up late, clearly weren't prepared with my resume in front of them, etc.). Overall felt a lack of care for the process, which was a red flag.
