Exciting and interesting projects.
Many opportunities to lead projects and leadership opportunities.
Great mentorship culture here.
Ops work is primarily done by leads, so as engineers, you have a lot of heads-down time to just focus on coding.
Great work-life balance.
Great leads on the team who really care for me and my career.
Flexible with work-from-home or in-office culture.
Lots of fun team and company activities outside of work.
Truly none so far.
Keep doing what you're doing and being transparent and open in the all-hands meetings.
The interview consisted of a coding interview, a system design interview, and a number of hiring manager/VP interviews, all completed over a period of a couple of days. The coding interview was in person and required writing a JSON parser.
The recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. The interview process consisted of the following rounds: * Recruiter Screen * HM Interview * Onsite: Technical, Cultural Fit I was rejected in the second round.
Slow moving, didn't seem to have regard for my time (showed up late, clearly weren't prepared with my resume in front of them, etc.). Overall felt a lack of care for the process, which was a red flag.
