Very strong and well-organized leadership team, strong focus on priorities, and proper project management.
Below-average stress level.
High compensation.
Flexible work arrangement.
Not much to say so far. It has to compete for talent with Google NY and Amazon NY, but few people know it's at least as good.
Add more focus on Cloud; a lot of unrealized potential there. The Cloud team should be stronger.
