This was the most unprofessional interview experience of my life.
I completed a recruiter screening and three rounds with the firmwide AI team. The interviews mostly felt like casual chats, and most of the interviewers were nice.
However, the fourth interviewer was an exception. I was interviewed by an incredibly rude PM who came to the interview munching on snacks. She proceeded to aggressively barrage me with questions and interrupted every single answer I made within 20-30 seconds. Then, without a hint of professionalism, she accused me of not knowing what I was being asked because my answers were cut short by her interruptions.
I don't envy anyone who has to work with her. I don't know how they even let such people interview, but I'd think twice before interviewing at MS.
