Pros: WLB was good for me as a junior. I was able to clock out at exactly 5 and sometimes a bit earlier, and no one ever said anything about it.

Cons: Support rotas where I received precisely zero training on how to do anything. Every issue was something brand new and essentially impossible to solve on my own without deep knowledge of systems I had never even heard of prior to the incident. Although my WLB was good as a junior, essentially all the more senior people seemed to be online until ~9pm. I was able to reach people in the UK at around 7-8pm their local time. Local people (including the NY office) were all reachable after hours and answered emails in the late evening.

Pros: Work-Life balance Amazing team New opportunities

Cons: As such, there is no downside in this company.

Pros: Technical medium-level LeetCode.

Cons: The interview was 2 hours long, and some of the questions were vague.
