Process
The interview process began with a phone interview, followed by three in-person interviews. However, the third in-person interview never occurred.
Seeing as I've never heard back from the people who interviewed me or from the recruiter, I assume they were not interested and made their decision at that point.
I'm not disappointed about not being selected; that's life. But after taking a day off to go meet them, I would think the least they could do is have the professional courtesy to at least send an email saying, "You are not a match; thanks for coming."
