Pros: - Respectful environment
- Flexible work hours
- You work with extremely smart people, which helps you learn a lot.
- If you do your job correctly and manage your time, you can have lots of free time.
- You can work from home, which is nice.
Cons: - Bad documentation and onboarding, so lots of time wasted searching for relevant information.
- Not agile. For example, seniors do not like to spend too much time on new hires, even though long-term this will save them time.
- You have to be able to handle stress, as sometimes it can get hectic.
- They need to provide better food in the office.
