I applied through a LinkedIn Jobs ad. After only one day, a recruiter from the company called me, and we went through the typical basic HR questions. I needed to speak in English.
After a couple of days, HR called me and organized a technical interview with a team in the company. She could not provide any further instructions.
The meeting was a Zoom meeting, and only one senior member was present. The interview was relatively easy, with basic core Java questions. I could answer almost all of them with relative ease. Then, I needed to solve a very simple coding task. I felt very confident during the interview, and the interviewer said that my coding task was also greatly solved.
At the end of the interview, he asked if I was interested in the position, and I said yes. Two days later, I received a standard email from Morgan Stanley stating that the company was not proceeding with my application. No further feedback was provided.
